I've been retired from full time work for nearly 2 years now and the original plan was to travel and see the world a bit. The pandemic put an end to that after I'd managed visits to Russia and Crete! I spend most of my time reading; catching up with books I should have read in my misspent youth. I'm currently reading Frankenstein by Mary Shelley which I can highly recommend. I's much more than a 'monster' book or even a horror story. Meanwhile back in the real world I enjoy the usual things; going out socialising in the pub or a good restaurant, anywhere with good company. I also enjoy live acts; comedians, theatre and music, whether in a pubclub or Arena and concert venues. Mostly 60 and 70s music is my era though a bit of 80s right up to present day if I'm pushed and even jazz! I'm looking for a long term relationship but would be happy with friendship and see how things develop with a like minded person.
