This is true love!

Did you hear about the very real and inspiring love story that is sweeping the news of Don and Maxine Simpson? This besotted couple first met in a bowling alley when they were young and were joined at the hip ever after that, doing everything together. They traveled the world together, raised a family and were married for a respectable 62 years.

Ultimately, they would leave the world together also. Don broke his hip in July and was bed-ridden following, Maxine's condition deteriorated as she battled with cancer and for their final weeks they were kept in beds side by side reminiscing on good times and looking at family pictures as they weakened.

Maxine passed her last breath holding her beloved's hand, Don slipped away not long after, just four hours. He couldn't bare life without her and died of a broken heart.
