A French man was recently taken into police custody and sentenced to 4 months in prison and a £1000 fine for harassing his ex-girlfriend via phonecalls and texts following their break-up.
Nothing out of the ordinary there but what is extraordinary is the volume of contact that she received from him in that timespan. He just couldn't accept the breaking up of the relationship and called and texted her over 21,000 times over 10 months! That's over 70 callsmessages a day, extremely dedicated or extremely creepy!
He claims that his seemingly never-ending harassment was an attempt to get her to pay him for the chores he did around her house while they were together. She attempted to block his number but he'd contact her via friends, family or work..OK it's definitely extremely creepy!
