I am looking for a single women who will be a running partner with a view to friendship and possibly more.
Currently I run 10km in around 56 minutes so my partner would have to be able to run at a similar speed.
I like to run between 6 and 13 miles along routes that are within a 30 minute drive to where I live in Tylorstown, Rhondda.
I have booked to run a half marathon in Swansea on the 26th June and would love to have a lovely lady by my side to train towards this event.

Girls like to say that there are no nice guts left, well ladies, here i am. I am a nice, normal, decent guy. Im not very good at blowing my own trumpet but in the interests of self marketing i will say that i am kind, caring, loving, romantic. Most importantly i make the effort, little romantic gestures and and even a few grand ones lol.
