It's never easy to write about oneself... So I'll try and keep it simple and uncomplicated... a bit like me! I work to live and not the other way around! I own a small catering business and luckily secure a few contracts now and again, like with a famous BBC tv show that has contracted me to cater for them during filming days. Luckily I don't get oversubscribed with contracts so have plenty of time to enjoy the outdoors and sports, mainly golf but also football, swimming, fitness etc. There is never any shortage of friends to play golf with and or to travel to different places, both in the UK and abroad (Portugal, Spain, France). Seems extravagant but it isn't and there are times when I need to do some consulting work to help fund all the travel and golf! My friends describe me as friendly and very good natured. I admit I like being on good terms with everyone I know and enjoy meeting people and learning about them. I think I am more of a listener than a talker, especially when it comes to personal things.
