Looking for a strong, kind person who can make me laugh and can talk with me till dawn..Ok ok ok ok, My favourite things about myself – I'd say I am funny, happy, kind and ambitious. I am a good friend, I own Greater Manchester's most extensive range of check shirts. I like to get to Chorlton, W didsbury or the northern quarter and find a nice pub then persuade people to find a place to dance. Not that I am so good but I’m enthusiastic enough. I cycle everywhere and love running – I ran the Budapest Marathon a bit back and to my surprise am weighing up another. I also love cooking but only when I can present what I have made....You could be that person! imagine. I would also love to get out of Manchester more often to see the peak district or the lakes. I have an son who just turned five and spend a fair amount of time running around in the park and planning exciting things to do with him. I work as an economic consultant which I love, have been interested in international development and politics since I studied it at university and also volunteer with young people in care which is awesome fun. Ah yes..... somethings I like at the moment: Books: Making an effort to catch up on some classics at the moment .....in order to prove myself well-read to you folks of course..... have just read Crime and Punishment, the Great Gatsby, the Grapes of Wrath. They were pretty awesome Music: Listening lots to Feist, Lisa Hannigan, Wilco, at the moment. I like old soul, Jazz and I am a hip hop fan though I realise a lot of it is embarrassingly poor.... Mos Def, The Roots and Common are great though TV: 30 rock, Arrested Development, Parks and Recreation, Seinfeld, Breaking Bad FIlms: Owen Wilson, Will Farrell, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Laura Linney, Mark Ruffalo are all favourites. I also love a good documentary |
