Well I 52yrs old big build and a few extra pounds although not to many.... 90% of the time I am relaxed and take each day one step at a time.. I hate cheaters big time and I am not one of them... I used to be very much into martial arts but cannot train now due to a bad injury.. so in the new year I am going to a fitness gym to get myself slowly back in shape...
