I'm an all round nice guy, good morals, caring, unselfish, I put others first. I try to see the best in people. I like helping out friends, but rarely ask for help myself. I like to keep myself in good shape. I have bags of energy and love keeping active. I generally like to do at least do 2-3 fitness sessions during the week, so I'm not a complete fitness freak. I like to do the odd challenge now and again to give myself a goal. Whether it's running, cycling, 3 Peeks mountain challenge etc.
Sports: I like rugby & football. Other interests include, running sailing, guitar, walking and reading, but not at the same time :).

I spent 40 years in the Royal Navy, travelled all over the world and had a wonderful life. I still enjoy going back to me last Establishment for functions including dancing and dining, however, withoput a partner life is not quite as pleasnt. Im very good with food, I was vegetarian for 16 years, now I am still learning proper ways to cook with meat and such but I am very adventurous
Im very music orientated, music is a huge part of my life. I find myself singing a lot at work just to pass the time. im into rock and heavy metal (hope that doesn't put you off) but I do like a few other genres aswell. I can play guitar moderately well but nothing to write home about.
