I work 45 hours a week, Pool Captain (once a week), young leader for local Beaver Scout group and I have decided to make a change to my weight. I have started going to the gym twice a week and once a week for a swim. I like live music, cuddling up on the sofa to watch a movie, I am not a huge video game player.
