Hi, nice to meet you. Life is good, an adventure and gets better as the years go by but it needs to be lived to the full and I do miss having that someone special to share the good times with. My sons are grown up ( so they tell me) but family and friends are important to me and I value time spent with them. I work as a trainer, not a personal trainer so don't get too excited and love what I do but I work to live not the other way round. I don't want to sound cliched with likes so will just say Prosecco and chocolate work for me then I play squash and walk to appease any guilt.
