I generally try to live a somewhat healthy lifestyle, exercising 2-3 days a week. I am looking to find a like-minded lady where we can participate in activities together and encourage each other to pursue their interests as well. I have several hobbies (and wish I could find more time to pursue those with that special someone)such as swimming, playing golf camping, dancing, and reading, and more, that I would like to share, as well as them sharing their interests with me...I am generally an optimistic person with a sense of humor, fairly easy-going, and I don't think that I'm too critical about things, but I also believe that it takes two people contributing to a relationship to make it work. ..As I mentioned earlier, I like to do things with the other significant person in my life, but I also encourage him to go out and spend time with friends and pursue his own interests and hobbies as well...I believe that time spent apart helps keep things fresh in a relationship and makes the time we DO spend together even better.I'm not one who cheats in a relationship; one lady is enough trouble, I don't have the time or energy to juggle always - ha ha. ..

What to say.... well primarily I am not after a fling or a quick roll in the hay. I have a busy life, so I dont get out as much as I did in my younger years and thus dont often get to meet anyone with any sort of potential as a partner. My friends would tell you that I am independant and not used to checking in with anyone - free spirit I suppose. I enjoy my own company as much as the company of others, people fascinate me but should eventually go home! I enjoy the outdoors but, being on my own, walking alone is either dodgey (safety wise) or just plain weird. I am not interested in vulgarity, nor do I have a high tolerance for people who get overly attached, clingy or insecure. I enjoy and return genuine affection that is built over time, and tend to shun people who get desperateinsecure if I haven't replied to a text within 2 hours. Now, if you've read this far, here's some positive stuff.... I have been told I am hilariously funny (admittedly without trying), I am honest, loyal (probably to a fault), a great cooklousey housewife, and I care little for material stuff - I own everything in my life, yet it doesn't own me. I am compassionate and understanding, but if the situation calls for it - I can be brutal. I would never deliberately cause harm, but I do retaliate! Basically I am a well rounded, well balanced individual - if you want to know anything else, you'll have to message me!
