I love bodybuilding - building a strong well grown body gives me a lot of satisfaction. Because pumping iron can be very butch and macho I love Tai Chi which is a gentle martial art beautiful and flowing in its movements full grace. It helps you to integrate your energies, life force through channelling your energies harmoniously. Good for coming down the storms in your mind.I also am training in karate for strength and self defence. I have a qualification in Indian Head Massage and would love to soothe away the pressures that get locked into the nuscles - especially around the neck and shoulder area, as well as the brow, and top of the head.
My other passion is writing poetry which heals the heart and soul, and deals with common shared experiences of daily life which affect all of us, such as poverty, loneliness, debt, something we can all relate to, death, learning to forgive ourselves and others.
I have diabetes type 2 and I am actively in the process of healing my soul and spirit through not just exercise and diet but learning to love and forgive others unconditionally for the harm they have caused me. I am getting stronger and better overcoming my hurts and fears.
I am a very loving soul, kind and gentle in all my exchanges with others. I am a strong believer that if you treat others with love and respect and don't take to heart every slight you will heal yourself and be at peace. I love being out in the outback ie national parks, and areas of natural beauty due to the powerful energies that nature releases to heal the fragile spirit within. So thats me, and I could go on for ever, if you feel you have areas of life experience which overlap then we can take it steady and see how we go.
