I don't consider myself to be a typical bloke. I'm a kind, thoughtful, passionate, caring, sensitive and intelligent sort. No, I am really! And, as a bonus, I'm entirely straight! I don't much like watching sports or downing gallons of beer with mates. I don't smoke or gamble. I do like learning about and trying out new things. I enjoy exploring and playing outdoors. I work hard, I want to travel to unusual places, I enjoy a wide variety of music and films, and I'm pretty relaxed about life in general.
I like a woman who knows what she wants and isn't afraid to express it. If I can't handle something, that's my problem, not yours. I've got pretty good at seeing through attempts to conceal true feelings, and I'll usually try to find out what's going on.
I'm a little rusty at socialising and I'm not much of a dancer but I like a good night out every now and then, and a good night in every other time. Sunday mornings should be about more than just sleeping off a hangover!
I'm not wealthy, but I'll always try to make things feel special. I can be romantic and adventurous in equal measures, sometimes even at the same time!
I've had my world torn apart once already but two great things came out of my "previous" life... my son and hindsight. I'm looking primarily for a special kind of friendship but I'm also open to allowing a soulmate to get much closer if we fit together well.
