Firstly for those who will only date people living in London, I live 20 minutes from Finsbury Park by train. I can also be in central London quicker than people who live in Greater London.
I asked a friend and this is how she described me...I'm a gentle giant with a strong inner core, although I have worked in IT for some time I have a general fascination in people and what makes them tick hence some time spent working within the medical field in the past. I am laid back yet spontaneous. In the past I have had a few salsa lessons and what I enjoyed was the sensuality of partner dancing and love the thought of having a partner to take to the floor with, someone who can match my rhythm and enthusiasm for life in general. I am an avid runner i like to keep fit and keep up my stamina despite this i have penchant for curvaceous women they feel sexier to the touch lol
I don't mind if you have children (in fact this can be a positive as most mothers I find are grown up, less selfish and have life experience of ups and downs), I don't have any of my own because I was never in the kind of relationship where it was on the cards and now realistically it probably won't happen as the women I prefer to be in a relationship with are in the 40 to 50 age range. But that doesn't mean I couldn't be persuaded by the right person (I wouldn't want to have them with just anyone only a person who wants to build a stable relationship with me). Part of me thinks it would be great to adopt with a partner and offer a better life for a child who has had a difficult start in life.
Most of the time I'm not following the herd. I've been very late in getting a smart phone, it's nice to have now I have it to look at dating sites, be in constant contact with family and friends and I can see the benefits of tablets although I don't own one yet. But they are just means to an end and I don't put too much importance on aquiring new technology, watching tv programmes (I don't watch much tv and am not overly attracted to people who make long lists on here about tv programs they watch, and other similar lists, are you really not going to date someone who doesn't watch Walking Dead?), or movies (I don't go to the cinema often because either I feel films are over rated and not worth bothering about and over priced). I prefer to spend my time learning, discovering and getting to know other people.
