I like to go walking, hiking and strolling in the sunshine......and rain...
i try to keep fit as much as time and energy allows. although i love my food so its a constant battle....
ive just taken up running which although hard , i find quite rewarding. so would love someone with similar interests to jog along beside me or spot me on the weight bench..
need substance both in and out of bed.
Sensual and sexual is high on my list but a conversation and a cuddles are up there too.
