I'm 65 years old, living in Aberdeen.
I was born in Banff and moved to Elgin when I was 2 years old and was raised there. Moved to Aberdeen in May 1990. I worked as a public servant all my working life from age 15 to 61 when I took early retirement. Have a son in Perth, Australia and daughter in Dubai. Played the bagpipes for many years and was a member of the Grampian Police Pipe Band when I came to Aberdeen. Also did 12 years in the Territorial Army in Elgin. Like the quiet life now. Like reading especially history on the second world war. My mother was German and my father Scottish so I had relations who fought the war on both sides. Is there anybody out there interested in stories of my past. Aberdeen is a wonderful place to visit and not far to go to see wonderful scenery of Scotland.
