open, sincere and honest man who has a good sense of humour. I like a good laugh but also recognise that life has a serious side, which my job brings me in to contact with fairly regularly. Having said that I never take myself too seriously and like people who can see the funny side of life.
I like nights out with good company and good conversation. I also like to cook and take great pleasure from preparing a meal for someone special. A cosy night in, cuddled up on the sofa, listening to good music and chatting also has a certain appeal. I like to go for walks (not too long!) in the countryside or by the coast but must confess I would mych rather do this hand in hand than on my own. I like watching sports, particularly football and cricket and I love to read as I think life is all about learning and discovery.
I would love to travel, as I have a keen interest in other cultures, I think the world has so much to offer and I want to take hold of it with both hands. I would love to have that special someone by my side with whom I can share the adventure. I have quite an adventurous spirit and am willing to give anything a go, at least once.
People fascinate me and I love diversity. I could quite happily spend all day listening to the stories and perspectives of others and I'm always up for a good debate, as long as it doesn't disintegrate into an argument!
I am a warm and caing man and would always go out of my way to help others. However, I am no doormat and I have a high level of confidence and self-respect.
