I am in good health and my joints don't ache. I am not big, rather slender and my tummy is flat. My blood pressure is low and I keep my vital energy at a good level. In my free time I enjoy walking, weather permitting, reading, visiting places or dreaming about them, doing projects or just having a quiet time. I also would enjoy going out more often if I had a companion. I like things crafted artistically, colourful , natural. I eat very simply, sticking as much as possible to the Mediterranean diet with plenty of raw things. I like to escape the cold wet winter and enjoy a warmer place. Otherwise, I am still active in my small business.
