Have lived in PNW most of my life. Graduated from EWU and have specialized as a professional fitness trainer for over 25 years....back when it wasnt popular or respected :). That doesnt mean I have a "6 pack"; but, I do like a healthyactive lifestyle and i do like to stay strong.
