I'm Chris, 28 and work in sales for a worldwide environmental firm based in London. Love the job, hard graft but pretty rewarding! It means I'm rarely in the office typing away at the keyboard for 8 hours straight and not drinking a bucket load of coffee!
My job is everything to me, it means I can meet many people, make new friends and know that I'm able to help others if they need it. I'm trying to build a foundation for my life ahead and I'm almost there but it a kinda hard when there's only one pair of hands! Hence why I've decided to join this thing!
My interests vary depending what mood I'm in but I'm always upbeat, happy and always willing to try a fair amount of things but just to give you an idea of what I like:
Fashion does go along way to make a good impression even if it's just a simple boring work meeting or if a date is on the cards. I take pride in my appearance as best I can but I'm no 'pretty boy'. That's just cringe!
Sports are an important factor too such as boxing, rugby, football etc.
I have a massive adrenaline rush, theme parks do have a place in my heart but it seems as you get older you tend to lose that bit of risk you take when you get onto a ride that's either high in the sky or a loop to loop type thing that you start to wonder what if this what if that? Have you had that?
I've always wanted to do a skydive or a bungee jump from a random place at least once before I reach 100!
I'm a bit of a gym freak but not the saddo type who stands in front of a mirror wearing a vest that's as baggy as a bulldogs face! I just like to feel good, healthy and know I've achieved something outside of work. It allows me to relieve stress from a hard day grafting and I also get to meet some alright people.
As for my mates, they would describe me as the outgoing type guy who isn't ever shy to approach anyone for a chat. They are my rocks and they've helped me through some tough times and some difficult decisions but I'm here and that's thanks to them.
With family, you cannot ever turn your back on them regardless of what reason it is. I've haven't had the best of upbringings but I've had a few members who have always been there to ensure I'm walking down the right path. I am a bit of a family man who'll do anything for any of them.
Overall what I'm looking for is someone who is on the same wave length, who isn't shy of much things and would do something out of the ordinary once i a while. I watched a film 'The Fault in our Stars' the other week, it made me realise life is way to precious in many things. Have a watch if you haven't seen it!
