Picked up the pieces and powered through the mud season of the soul. I spend a lot of time on and in the water ,either on snow or in the Lake , but can relate to cats . I do a lot of volunteer work in professional, advocacy and community building.

I have found is the secret to happiness in life is reduced expectations. I enjoy a bluebird day, but I am more aware that my idea of what that bluebird day may be, and what it actually is, may differ . I try to create happiness through my perception of things (sometimes with success), and constantly learning how to apply empathy instead of anger. I spend a lot of time volunteering through professional advocacy as GAL and local community building through a once a month community dinner for 100+ folks.
