Hiya, I'm an outgoing, happy, person who loves life and doing loads of fun stuff. I love anything from cooking, going to galleries, films, the theatre, to camping and fishing. I also love music - mainly all the greats like Joni Mitchell, CSNY, Simon and Garfunkle, Motown, jazz, and classical. I have a lovely singing voice, but don't use it much any more, however, if I meet someone who can play an instrument or sings that would be a huge bonus! :)
I've recently decided to pursue a diploma in CBT counselling and group work and hope to start practising in two years working mainly in areas of addiction. I truly enjoy my own company and am pretty settled in my ways, but I'll be 55 in December and think it would be nice to meet a lovely guy with similar interests to enjoy life with and hopefully settle down somewhere near the sea with access to a boat :)
I'm a member of the liberal Jewish community in Edinburgh and go to services most weekends and all the holidays, but I'm not really very liberal politically. I don't keep kosher (other than not eating pork) but do try to incorporate Jewishness into my life most of the time.
