I can talk just about anything but discussing politics can destroy friendships and relationships. If you are a political person, your political viewpoints are part of your general view of life. If there is a political mismatch between you and somebody else and you discuss things it exposes fissure lines of a friendship or relationship or even clear breaks from what the other person would think of a subject (and possibly life in general). So if you discuss politics you always risk exposing such fissure lines. If you know what I mean.
