Originally from South Africa, I have made my life here, for the past 12 years. I have an adult boy, who lives in Brisbane and a 16 year old daughter, who lives with me.Since I have stopped working I had to find purpose again. I am a service provider by nature. I got involved with ACT Wildlife and have become a carer for orphaned possum joeys. I love animals, the outdoors and Life! My cup is always half full. I laugh, a lot, anger slowly, care profoundly. I love writing stories. I have an insane imagination and a wicked sense of humour. I have been a widow for 5 years, and am a bit tired doing things alone. At our age, we all have baggage, or at least a bag full of collectables. Mine is neatly packed and sorted. I don't do drama. What you see is what you get.I am financially stable and don't need anything, other than to witness your life, as you witness mine... and somewhere in between all of that, we keep evolving into better versions of ourselves, because of each other.
