I guess this is the Year I have only just stumbled into, kicking and screaming looking for more from life.
I'm divorced and I consider myself to be happily single but quietly hopeful.

I guess that I am pretty free with my time and allow myself most weekends to trot all over the place visiting, pubs or shows and either stay in country pubs or in local inns and motels. I do love to shop and visit many large shopping and retail parks
My likes well, there are so many, too many to mention. Starting with music, something I am passionate about.
I have a hugely varied taste in music that ranges from Morcheeba, Zero 7 Missy Elliot to Meatloaf. I thrive on music from people like The Corrs, Enya, and Mark Cohen to name but a few.
Like I said it covers a very wide range. I will listen to anything even if I decide it will only be the once.
I love DIY and am a pretty good Dab hand at most things. I like to see things taking shape and am always pottering around to see what the next project is.
My dislikes are Rude, ignorant, arrogant, patronising people, prejudice, cruelty Particularly to animals. People who drink too much and cannot handle it. Spiders, olives & anchovies rain commuting particularly on a Monday morning in London
As a person I am both a walk along the beach or a kick my way through fallen leaves type.
I am fairly spiritual and like to be somewhere I feel comfortable Preferably in the sun with a bottle of wine or can of cold lager. Cornwall and Devon are really nice at any time of year, however, I just love to be by the sea side in the summer hehehe.
I enjoy the normal things in life although, I believe normal is an opinion and not a state of being.
My feelings on relationships, well, to sum them up, I would rather be alone than be tied up with the wrong person.
I would like to meet a woman who has basically the same views as me. However, I am not saying that I am right all the time but if we think and consider the same in most things, we can only get on.
What I want from a relationship

Fun.
To be able to laugh at each others misgivings.

And most importantly, meaningful love.
