Extreme activities (bungee jumping etc. )
Very long walks
Running
Swimming
Canoeing or other water activity
Tennis or any action sports
Singing
Dancing
Horse riding
Fast dating (with or without sex)
Eating meat
Cruelty to any animals
My mantra is “Relaxed and gently gets you there in the end” (tortoise and hare)
