One of my favorite things to do is swim for a long way preferably in an outdoor pool or even better a warm lake. Also mountain streams are delightful to soak in. My body relaxes and my mind seems to clear to a grateful place. Singles tennis can do that also. Doing trail maintenance and hiking can set me free! Teaching at church that makes God bigger and speaks personally inspires me! Empathizing and serving hurting poor and my elderly friends is a way I sense Christ in me. And deep conversations with women and men opens me to the Spirit.
