Cooking. Started a vegetarian life at 16, and for lesser terms had to "Un-Bore" food. At that time it was tough, there were only so many products. Coming from a family background of masterful people in the kitchen, i take things to different levels.
Over the years and furthermore with vegan cuisine, The last 4 years, I've always found solace and enjoyment in creating in the kitchen.
