I find it is important to maintain a good mind, soul and body as it says it is the temple where God in his Holy Spirit resides. I feel very blessed to have a wonderful family and many great friends and I try to spend as much time with them as possible. I enjoy traveling, love animals, the outdoors, gardening and being active.
