I'm a cancer survivor, unfortunately I can't talk well enough for most people to understand me, so I communicate with my hands and face, I write things down, I text, and I use Text to Speech software on my tablet. I'm totally Nil By Mouth, which means that all foods, liquids and medications go through a port in my stomach with the aid of a tube and syringe.
