So a little about me, Love to travel as my work affords me the opportunity to spend time in Europe and United Kingdom. I have a passion for fine dining and have enjoyed some of nicer restaurants in Belgium and London .. and bring those flavors back home to entertain my friends with a gourmet dinner and wine at my home.
I really enjoy hiking … as it allows me the time to reflect on the day and think of tomorrow…To quote Albert Einstein “ He who can no longer pause to wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead; his eyes are closed” brings me solace.
I consider myself a modern day renaissance man with varied interests … from cooking .. to spending my free time in some of Europe’s museums viewing the paintings of the impressionists .. Van Gogh and Monet
