I'm an all round nice guy, good morals, caring, unselfish, I put others first. I try to see the best in people. I like helping out friends, but rarely ask for help myself. I have a good sense of humor, I'm easy going and very friendly. I get on with people from all walks of life. I can be quiet at times, but I am outgoing and up for a laugh.
I like to keep myself in good shape. I have bags of energy and love keeping active. I generally like to do at least do 2-3 fitness sessions during the week, so I'm not a complete fitness freak. I like to do the odd challenge now and again to give myself a goal. Whether it's running, cycling, 3 Peeks mountain challenge etc.
Sports: I like rugby & football. Other interests include, running sailing, guitar, walking and reading, but not at the same time :).
