I love running, especially out in nature like the Blue Mountains or National Parks - helps me forget the day to day stresses of life and brings back perspective!
This will sound cliche, but I also like helping people, which I do again with running in mind. I’m a regular pacer for major marathons, and get a real buzz out of helping people achieve goals they at one time would have thought unobtainable.
