With my MS, I enjoy swimming everyday and love to create electronic music on my computer. I’m a believer that, compassion and positive loving and massaging is so important for boosting my or one’s immune system. Loneliness and isolation never helps. I use a Walker and wheelchair. My hands are fine and I love to give. Foot or body massages. To me relaxing and connecting physically and sexually is very important.
