I enjoy all the arts, especially theatre and you can often find me strolling round an art gallery. Browsing around junkantigue shops are difficult for me to pass by, along with second hand book shops. I love walking in the the countryside, along the coast, visiting gardens, historic houses, watching the sunset and just being out in the open air. Music is a delight - anything from the Beatles to Steely Dan or Pat Metheny to Opera. I enjoy travel, experiencing different cultures. I keep fit with yoga, swimming and gym visits.
Having had a good career in social housing, I enjoy retirement now. I have also worked for a community theatre, a charity and an advertising agency, so very varied, all giving me different skills which I have enjoyed.
I am a warm, caring, youthful, romantic Cancerian, who would love to share a sunset with someone or sit round a log fire, eating a chestnut or two. I can be reserved and assertive, silly and serious.
