I am an artist and enjoy painting in all medias, I meditate daily and try to practice being in the moment (mindfulness) when I can, it's a challenge:-) I swim 30 lengths weekly and also go to the gymn.
My family and friendships are important to me, I have 2 children grown and flown and a lovely Grandaughter of 9. My friends would say of me that I am articulate, rescourceful, faithful, gentle and free thinking.
I love being outdoors in nature, watching the butterflies and listening to the birds and bees, even flies, one of the sounds of summer, summer being my favourite time of year. I enjoy cooking though not every day, I like to eat out sometimes!
