I run for an hour every morning - no matter the weather, keeps me fit, healthy and gives me plenty of stamina. I like exploring Scotland especially the beaches which means I drive fairly often which I also love. I am a good dancer, Ceroc modern jive three times a week, and I do some reading - politics and economics. I am small (5ft 3in) but good looking and solid. Tired of being on my own I need the touch , feel and affection of woman, probably the supervision also. I am widowed after a long and happy marriage from which I have three grown up sons. Currently I am living on my own and looking to change that.
