I am keen on TV soaps and find them a great way to unwind with a glass of wine.
I also like to keep fit, and I do a lot of walking. Visiting the cinema now and again makes for a great night out.
I enjoy cooking a nice meal and love to see it eaten and enjoyed.
I play music (piano and tin-whistle) and I like traditional, some classical, country & western and rockpop music. I thoroughly enjoy X-FactorBritain's got talent for example.
As for my personality I would describe myself as friendly, a little shy, loyal and honest.

I am open to suggestions about a first date, and other dates, as well as some ideas of my own.
Going out for a coffee or a drink to begin with, then maybe go out for a meal later, for example. Visiting places of natural beauty would also appeal to me. It's not so much where you are that counts, but who you're with :)
