My name is Joe and I am a quadriplegic amputee ( to my knees), as a result of, a bacterial infection named necrotizing fasciitis (flesh eating bacteria). I had my legs amputated and have guillain barre syndrome (paralysis) with mild range of motion. In addition to these injuries, I had a tracheotomy.
