Our life is a constant work on ourselves. There are moments when a gloom takes over, and when we give into it, such emotions and sad thoughts can lead us far away. I have a pathological fear of being in a bad mood. I'm afraid of gloom and all kinds of depressive thoughts. I know what consequences they might have - they destroy harmony, faith in yourself and suck life energy. The most important thing is control. My main idea - I will be in the state of happiness and gratitude always, and I will find a reason for it every day, as long as I am alive and my beloved people are with me. People can be compared with a fire - some people burn, while others just smoulder. I want to live my life to the fullest - burning, feeling, taking pleasure from everything I do, without any shame of showing my feelings and emotions! This is who and what I am.
