Just relocated to London from Portland, Oregon but hail from SF, originally. I’m also half British and have friends and family here that I’ve known my entire life. If you can believe, it gets even more confusing but I’ll save that for another time…
I suffered multiple strokes 6 years ago although it seems like last year. I was 33 at the time working as a bartender in San Francisco when I went into the hospital. I won’t bore you with any specifics and am not shy to share when asked, it’s just-a lot. Anyway! It’s left me somewhat visually impaired, without balance and I typically get around in a wheelchair although walk around and am almost totally independent at home.
