Leaving a life behind, immigrating to the UK, I see myself far from my family and friends, from everything I knew, to find my first job and to finally progress professionally has been a successful endeavour; however I do miss what I left behind, and struggle to build something similar to what I had socially back in my country. That is why I look not only for a serious relationship, but also friends, likeminded people with whom I can relate, and talk and laugh with. A place, or a group, to belong to.
