I'm the kind of person that focuses on other people rather than myself. I also believe that work is hard earned and that desultory performances will get you nowhere. . I hope that effort is 50-50 and that conversations aren't one sided!
I am looking for something long term, I tend to put everything i have into things and people I'm interested in; I'm not really looking for anything short term. Things do happen but hopefully it isn't temporary. :)
