I am vegan for the health and well-being of all living and conscious beings - yes, animals certainly have consciousness. Health - mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual - are important to me. They are all part of my daily routine. I meditate daily and exercise routinely. Meditation has changed the arch of my life. Exercise has kept me healthy and sane :). Being vegan has supported changes in my own health and well-being. I would like to find someone who is smart, motivated, has their act together, and has a global perspective.
