I am a 79 year old widower. I live by myself with just my Jack Russel dog named Minnie. Especially my daughter whom tries to drag me out often, and most of the time succeeds as she does go to interesting places.
I am fairly active for my age and fairly fit. Many people believe I am younger than what I am.
I cycle a lot, and rather than using my car for those trips where it can be difficult to park.
I have recently joined a local walking group that I go with a few times a week.
I try to eat healthy most of the time, but I do allow myself the occasional treat.
