I’m a retired librarian but still work as a readers for a major publisher and a self-published author. Not surprisingly, I love books and reading. My own collection runs to about 4,000 volumes, not counting eBooks. I’m a social democrat by political persuasion, old-style Labour. I have a good and eclectic sense of humour, I can laugh at seaside postcards Oscar Wilde. Things that don’t amuse me are racism, bigotry and parochial thinking, sexism and Eastenders. Unrepentant Remainer till I am alive. Better shut up now before I offend everybody!
