A gentleman of the old style when it comes to politeness and courtesies. I am a widower of almost 2 years and have been out of socialising for over 8 years and now feel I should have some now that I am able. Although aged 85, I am considered by others to act and look 20 years younger. I am fit & without any medical problems. I had put on a little weight, but now through my daily long walks this is coming off and I am almost down to where i want to be. I can hold good conversation and am a good listener too. I have travelled extensively during my career with lots of stories. I enjoy driving, so distance is no problem. My hobbies include, cooking almost anything, baking, D.I.Y. efficiently, walking to keep fit and gardening a little. I enjoy pub lunches and long, romantic evening meal out or in and if on holiday somewhere warm a stroll along the beach followed by a nice drink as a night cap.
