I am also a keen runner and try to do as much running as possible around work, even if its just a couple of miles just to keep the mind healthy and ticking over. I want to do a marathon one day as both my dad and older brother have done one so I kind of feel its my duty to do one, or else I'm a failure in life!! Haha!
