. Friends are hard to come by . always shy . I like my holidays abroad. Greece and Spanish islands. One of my pet hates is smokers i packed up smoking for better health & new person for instance a new sense of smell. I have done 2 diets lost 7 stone with lighter life & 4 stone with Cambridge diet . Cambridge is the best it's easier. I work in a residential care home for dementia.. Some residents call me a tree trunk as I am tall.
