Hi, I'm new to all this stuff, but I suppose if you're reading this, you're looking to find out a bit about me. So here goes!
I'm a Musician. I play guitar mainly. I compose and record my own stuff (which I'd be happy to share if you were interested). I teach guitar to kids with the odd adult enthusiast, both in groups and privately. I'm an accompanist (when I get the gigs). I also do some admin work for a charitable organization.
Needless to say, I love music. Had I been asked a few years ago what kind of music I liked, I'd have said something along the lines of "Metal and Rock!" My time at University really changed the way I thought about music. As a result, I like pretty much everything. Classical, Jazz, Rap, Country, you name it... There's something interesting and beautiful in almost every song, of every genre - if you're willing to look for it.
I also love reading (especially Tolkien, yeah, I'm sad like that), watching films (Beautiful Mind is probably my all time favourite), TV Shows (I mean who doesn't love Game of Thrones?!), travelling (I've lived in America, France, Egypt and visited countries all over Europe, Japan is next on my list!)
